Caleb is 8 Months Old!

Whoa. Whoa. WHOA! The past few days have been absolutely GOREGOUS, which compelled us to spend afternoons outside, soaking up some good old fashioned vitamin D, which brought back memories of last time this year when Mr. Cornelius was still inside my belly and now, here he is, sitting on his own, eating food and being such a big boy. Time, you are a fickle thing.

Here is what Caleb has been up to:

• Sits on his own! Just got this one down a within the past few days and we are so proud of him!

• Still LOVES food. We have yet to give him something he dislikes. He always opens his mouth WIDE for more, followed by a very satisfied, "MMMM!"

• Started physical therapy

• Tries with all his might to army crawl

• Adores big brother

• Drinking water from a cup is the best thing ever

• Starting make more sounds now that he can actually hear. Thank you tubes!

• Socks are the best entertainment

• Gets SUPER excited when people wave to him and attempts to wave back

• Entranced by singing

• Likes to moan at night in an attempt to snuggle up to mom, then instantly fall asleep. Little con-man

• Still just the sweetest disposition but is getting a little more assertive

• Has a smile that just warms your soul, all the way through; makes it hard to be upset about getting up in the middle of the night

We sure love you, mr. Caleb. We can't remember our lives without you, nor would we trade you for anything!
